It's been said many times, but I've had nothing but incredible people respond from PS support. I carried on a multi-email conversation about datamining with a PS support fellow once. Very knowledgable, reasonable, and did a great job of clarifying what was his opinion vs company line.

Exactly. Or for a rare treat, you get the K74 flop and think "FINALLY", before it comes runner runner 4 flush, or the J comes on the turn, and you get to sit there and visualize the T for a second before it pops up sure as [censored].
