I went to a huge suburban high school with like 1700 kids. For me i wasnt really in with the "in" crowd. I had a wide range of friends which mostly grew from playing poker starting in the ninth grade. I would not have been described as popular. I didnt play football, or go to alot of parties, and i had 0 pictures in the yearbook besides the normal pic. Despite this i did manage to date some of the most popular girls in school. I dated the prom queen and a runner up for home coming queen. I dated for awhile a girl who was easily in the top 5 of best looking girls in my school. Because of this i had mini rivalries with some of the "jocks" that never resulted in anything more than badmouthing and evil stares. Most of the popular guys were pretty cool though and were friendly acquaintances.

I want to know how popular some of you bbvers were in high school.

Was not popular but also was not an outcast. I kind of worked the middle ground.

I was, but i went to a boys school so all you had to do was play for a 1sts sports team and be a jackass, and i was both. If there were girls i wouldnt have been because i was bad with girls, but then again maybe thats because i went to a boys school.

I was popular with people enough so that I could have sex with their wimmins. Aside from that, I didn't really care who was around as long as they had pot/alcohol/cigarettes/a will to skip class.

skipping class was so much fun, I miss that.

Im not sure, but its considered the thing to do with rich circles both here (Australia) and Britain. These schools charge big money, but you guys are right, its gay as ****

While I do agree, the single worst experience in high school came from skipping class.

It was winter, snow was on the ground, and I was sick. Great set up, right?

Our school happened to be right across the street from a little wooded area that had yet to be converted into housing. It was always great fun back there, and some of the stoners had even constructed a little semi-inhabitable area. Of course, that was a problem eventually when one of the guidance counselors came back there riding a golf cart looking for truants.

Anyhow, on this day, I decided to leave with this stoner fellow that I didn't really know very well. We went back there, it was cold as hell, but there were already a few other people there.

After sitting out there getting high for a while, we decided going back and being warm was preferable to freezing our butts off in freedom.

As we trecked back, we noticed the security guard was out driving around looking for smokers (normal car, not the golf cart fellow).

We didn't want to be seen, so we did the only thing we could. We dropped face first down into the snow. BRRRR!!

After staying low for a bit (great for sick people, right?), the coast was clear, and we continued back.

Once we were back in, lunch was just ending.. Great, I had the munchies and I just missed food! Oh well.. On to math class.

It should be noted that at this point in my pot smoking career, I wasn't too used to it. Being high was still kinda new.

Since it was winter, the heat was cranked in the building, which would have been a welcome change, were it not for the girl wearing obscenely vanilla perfume. It was making me nauseous. Well.. that and being sick/high.

At one point, someone in front of me looked back at me and noticed I changed from my normal pale white to sheet white. They suggested I leave, and my teacher seconded this idea. She let me leave without giving me a hallpass. I think she wanted me out of there quickly.

Wandering the halls was kinda fun, but I did end up walking into the office and decided I may as well check in with the nurse.

She had me sit down with my head between my legs. This made the dizziness go away and made me feel a whole lot better. But after a while of that, she had me come back to a bed and lay down.

I protested, telling her how much better I felt in the crash position, but she was having none of it. I told her if she made me lay down, she may as well just call the janitor in advance. She thought I was kidding.

Sure enough, after laying down, my stomach got all twisted and turned and I ended up decorating the floor with my breakfast. Wee!!

I will say that I felt better at that point. But I did make sure to apologize to the janitor as he was cleaning up my mess. (Bitch didn't even get me a trashcan!)

MVP of our varsity golf team, dating the lead majorette of the band, and relatively smart.. I guess I was accomplished in HS, and had a lot of friends because of it.

Now look at me.

The only regret I had was getting caught by the police while I was skipping class and I just so happened to have pills, a pocket knife a firecracker and was chilling with other people who had weed and other peraphinalia on them. All the **** on my got me kicked out of shcool that year and sent to a Nutjob barn where I could finish my shooling but was surrouned by a bunch of idiot violent kids I had no reason to be around. It was an outpatient thing though so at least I got to go home.
