am I interpretting this right by plugging in 0,1,or 2 in for X, the digits must be 2, 3, or 6 (can you plug in non-integar or imaginary #s?)

also, for all you dumb ****s who really haven't put much effort into figuring out the hints:

OP, at one point, stated that the digits add up to an ODD number....again room for interpretation, but i assumed he meant only adding them together ONCE

i. e. 3226 = 3+2+2+6 = 13 and not continuing to add 1+3 to make 4

this would mean OP's secret number MUST contain 1 or 3 odd numbers (threes), and the remaining 0,1,2,or 3 digits are 2s or 6s

I'm not telling you why but you're wrong due to some of your assumptions, on all counts.

Well least someone is putting in SOME effort in trying to guess your number.

I honestly didn't read any of the first pages of posts, only the last ones...so haven't really seen or read of any hints posted by you.

I will disqualify myself for not "putting in much effort" in this fabulously fun (FUN) contest.

One last guess tho... 115?

a digit is an integral (whole) number between 0 and 9, i really don't understand how i assumed wrong

in y,x functions x is the imput and y is the output

so unless x could be a non-integar number (in which case this hint is useless) the output from this would be y=2 (x=0) or y=3 (x=1) or y=6 (x=2)

and i'm certainly not wrong on ALL accounts, you DID say the numbers add up to an odd number

stop ****ing with us OP
