If you love her and she loves you then she will understand that poker is your dream job and she wouldn't want to hold you back from it.

You are still very young, just go your separate ways, explore your options, and if you really miss her after you've been gone for a few months then you can say it was a mistake and try to get her back.

It's better to make the mistake of leaving the country than it is to wonder what it would it would have been like if you moved out of the US years later.
