Going to assume you can't just flip for money, else you'd just pick the most expensive thing you can sell + also assuming you mean that whatever you pick comes with the means to maintain the thing.

...I really don't have a great answer. I can rule out any aircraft, and while a megayacht sounds interesting I'm a more woodsy type of guy.

As far as buildings there are a lot of cool possibilities, but the surrounding property would be crucial for me. If I could extend it to the building + acreage it comes with, this would be my easy choice.

Definitely buying some stupidly big mansion, though a luxury yacht would be super cool.

Old school.

Pros: Huge yard, gymnasium, large rooms, perfect flooring for skating from room to room, PA system, water fountains that I would certainly retrofit to serve other beverages, chalk boards everywhere.

Cons: they always feel haunted, and low toilets.

do chalk boards still exist?

Yes, in old schools they do....and Im pretty confident that drawing boobs or an anatomicaly correct stick man is just as rewarding as I remember.

I could be wrong, but aren't you in college, and aren't all colleges calling that "rape" these days?

Not making a statement about the policy, just saying definitely not worth the risk.

The school answer is cool.
I had a chance to buy my elementary school and a couple of years later, my junior high (they call them middle schools now, but whatever).
Just as you said...huge hulks, fountains, gyms. The junior high had previously been a county high school, so there were labs, and a machine shop, and the home ec rooms were 8 full kitchens/laundries.
Built in the 1930's, both had Civil Defense shelters. The cafeteria was huge, and had a massive professional kitchen. Both schools were suburban, with the Jr high actually being far enough removed to be rural.
The elementary school recently sold again for $80k, and was demolished and replaced with a new home and a landscaping business.
The Jr high is rumored to be coming up for sale again.
The primary drawback would be living in the town I grew up [sic] in...def deal breaker.

what is the least amount of money you would need to receive with the condition that once you received it you could never have sex again?

For this exercise sex includes anything more than kissing and groping above the waist.

Does it include jerkin the gherkin?
You realize that saying "again", you are implying there has been at least one prior instance of sex...seems unlikely in so many cases.

Sex with others: bout treefiddy
Solosex: priceless
