There was a small part with a somewhat neon-green colour in a slice of my bacon. The look was somewhat depending on how the ligth fell on it. Slightly looking like the part that reflects light on a €-bill. It was not different in texture or smell (I mean, different to normal bacon). Should I be worried?

Reason: Tasted okay, too. (Ofc no pics doable anymore, at least not in the same molecular integrity)

I've noticed this on bacon before. I still cook it and eat it.
