The system of rating girls a number out of 10 is problematic because no-one has any idea how others came up with their ratings. This can cause a lot of silly arguments.

Therefore, I propose that the standard rating should be:

If you could rank every human female on the planet in the order you would have sex with them, your rating for a given female times 10 is equal to the percentile of girls she is in, rounded to however many decimal places you chose, if you think it's cool to be specific.

e.g. an 8 is in the 75th to 85th percentile. An 8.0 is in the 79.5th to 80.5th percentile. An 8.35 is in the 83.45th to 83.55th percentile.

You can modify the rating to include only a specific group or some other purpose than sex. e.g. "She's a 8 for her age" or "She's an 8 for a wife".

edit: You can also do a separate list for males. A combined list could also be interesting, where you could, for instance, show how many males rank above some females.

Also, you don't really need to do any complicated rounding. If you think a girl is about 80th percentile, give her a 8. Decimal places are for those people who like to say "uh humm yeah she's an 8.4 imo"

You probably mean something like "80% of girls in my area around her age". It's unlikely that you count African pygmy women. Hence I'd like people to clarify if they mean "good for her age" or "good over all women".

Either you are bad at math or you don't realize what average looking girls look like. If you randomly selected 10 girls in the world, one would not be hotter than this chick. 3 of them would probably be over 50. Also, a good portion of the world is starving.

if you consider every girl on the planet than damn near any decent looking girl whos not overweight/anorexic is going to be a 10. the scale is not meant to be evenly distributed.

I don't want to do any math when rating girls, quit trying to making everything so complex.
