i know in america you can get the most amount of votes and still not win, but it doesn't work like this in other democratic places. i hereby declare that everyone commence using system #1.

here's my final thought on these systems. option 1 is easier for the person ranking the pic. option 2 is easier for the people reading the other person's rankings of the pic.
