Remember, the goal is for her to consider how much she misses you and actually rethink things.
A is a terrible choice. She ain't comin back if she still gets to have "a friend".
Go mostly with B. But maybe not quite as pathetic sounding as all that. And don't cut off all contact, just most of it.
