No, "she" is proper there (especially if she is post-op). It is up to the transexual themselves though, what they prefer to be called.

Why must we label? Is it really "gay" to have sex with someone who gender identify's as female? I think having sex with some one who is male identified is alot more gay than having sex with a transsexual. If you do have to label soeone then it makes them bi at the most. I say 3 on a 1-10 scale.
