Are you ****ing Serious with Lord of the rings?
Discounting that obv geeky movie I count 8 movies on your list but there were 26 letters. I have to go to Back to school night but when I come home I will go through the Characters and make a better assessment of your nerd level...but working in IT isn't a good start if you are trying to claim that you are a cool kid

Not once have I ever claimed to be anything BUT an amazing nerd. But to characterize some of those movies as only nerd worthy is laughable. You don't have to be a geek to appreciate the epicness of LOTR.

I typed LOTR fans into Photobucket and this was the first Pic to come up, would you care to amend your statement?

I thought I would create 4 Catergories for my analysis Great(Classic), Good, Geeky and GTFO(this just means I don't know enough about the movie to judge but I wanted to Stick with all G words)

Great Good Geeky GTFO
Die Hard Napolean Dynomite LOTR The Life Aquatic
Star wars Little Miss Sunshine 5th Element Harold and Maude
Indy Anchorman Edward Scissor Hands Sin City
The Dude Juno Nacho Libre Clockwork Orange
Goonies Royal Tannenbaums Gods Must Be Crazy Burn After Reading
007 Scarface
Pulp Fiction

So after further Analysis your shirt only seems a quarter geeky. Please accept my appologies.

When did A Clockwork Orange become 'geeky'? For the love of God, it's Kubrick.

KC, you know i love you more than my non-stick cookware, but this analysis is...it's...well it has a pretty table.

5/26 geek votes < .25 (math is hard)

your personal disdain of Monty Python, PeeWee, et al undermines your credibility as a judge or reviewer. items in the GTFO category suggests limited range, life experience defects, or possibly sociopathic predisposition.

sorry you missed all the alphabet fun...we missed you.

I love having JustJ on my side.

PICS or GTFO!!!! (re: count shirt)

Once again, a point I must make...I love being a geek/nerb/dweeb/etc. I embrace it. I revel in it. I laugh at the dumbest, silliest **** and it makes me feel and look like a very immature person. But I love it.

That's not the argument here. The fact is, that shirt is NOT geeky. It is pop-culture-loaded for sure but not overly geeky.

I think it's got more cult type movies than geek movies. Not super mainstream popular but popular enough. The more I think about it, the movies depicted are more hipster types than geeky types. Like, if you didn't see this movie, you are missing out type stuff.

Oh well, we can argue until the cows come home but we won't agree so I will quit.

Time for another nerdyy shirt

I didn't find the Alphabet-Movie Character t-shirt geeky or nerdy, but I did think it was kind of limited in range. Uncle Rico is hardly a classic character but I guess there are not many U characters in the last 30 years or so. I would have thought Borat would be a much funnier B character than Brodie (didn't see Mallrats and while Borat made me cringe, I think I watched most of it).

Some were really iconic figures and others were just kind of ho-hum.

Now Space Invaders is geeky and nerdy. That was a great game.

to be completely honest, i bought the shirt for 4 characters: Gandalf, Yoda, Sloth and Edward Scissorhands. The others were either too obscure, from movies i haven't seen or just not distinguishable.

plus it was on sale.

Ok onto todays shirt....I love how the bottom row is pushed out so that your boobs are giving it that 3D appearance. Also was it a late night? I notice instead of both hands on hips you are using one to hold yourself up. Didn't you ever work a fast food job? If you have time to lean you have time to clean(and prolly make a sammich).

Anyway it seems like 97.5 %* of the people around here were geeky in HS so I wasn't really insulting as much as reinforcing how much you fit in around here.

Can't we still be friends?

* Other 2.5% = That porn director guy and Matjoez
