Having Cash doesn't always help. I just drove thru Canada a few weeks ago to get to Alaska, and had a chick in BC not accept a 10 dollar american bill cause she thought it was a fake lol

Just draw some ducks or some **** on it and she'll except it.

Thats one of the things that screwed me, buddy that was driving up with me said to the already suspicous chick "you have that special pen, use the pen on it" to which I cringed cause I knew a pen designed to root out CANADIAN MONEY fakes isn't gonna have a good reaction to an american bill. So he got to pay for my food for opening his mouth and for still having some of those funky 2 dollar coins on him.

How much **** did they give you when you crossed over from Canada to the US? Cause back in the day when I was a kid in Vermont getting into Canada with a car load of 18 year olds to get wasted was a matter of just saying we were going to go skiing. Now we had to get out and go inside and they asked us a bunch of questions, then split us up and asked question seperately to compare our answers. Whole thing took like 35-45 minutes. To get back into the US took about 2 and we didn't even have to get out of the car.

Full body cavity search or did they just wave you thru cause your Canadian and therefore harmless?

i use my bank card almost everywhere as well. much more conveniant usually... but also i keep 20 in my wallet for any situation like this that may arrive.
