Now that you have mentioned this in an online setting, your writing never trully gets erased. It is forever locked in, for someone to track down and read if needed. The fact that you are going to murder someone, creates a hightened warning. If you were to committ this in your building, or within close distance, you would be investigated based upon this criteria. Don't you know how geographic information systems work? They locate a spot on a map using a set of criteria. In your case, lets say there is a murder within 5 miles from where you live. Higher authorities have access to information which can facilitate through forums, posts, pictures, certain phrases all of which you have done or said can be traced if needed. It's like the search command on twoplustwo, but it's more sophisticated. You typing in that you want to murder someone, in a public forum, only shows your stupidity if you carried it out. For your sake i hope you do, because we need one less scum bag living off of welfare.
