hap,
that's a pretty anonymously uninteresting height. maybe you could spice things up by saying you're the tallest surviving member of a tribe of monolithic Pygmy Indians, or that you last measured yourself in on a flying carpet ride over a vast stretch of volcanic terrain overrun with angrily hissing snakes, or something as simple as that your height is what you've said it is but that you did have a very unusual growth spurt at a young age & how that led you into the adult world well before the human mind is fully capable of processing the kind of mature reactions that are necessary to reasonably function in such an environment & the hilarity that ensued.
