Ok everything up to here is pretty standard. I will note that many of my contemporaries would call for a larger 4-bet here. I say the added value of getting an extra $40 of our $1400 in pre flop by making it $164 isn't as valuable as inducing some sort of silly small 5-bet (this is where constant aggression helps obv). And the extra $40 could scare off some A8s who is gonna call and flop two pair!
