The poor ones, mostly. Africans (like, who are actually living in Africa), Asians (apart from Japan and South Korea, Singapore I guess), South-Americans.

If I could get picky, I would additionally delete some of the more ******ed people who are useless to the economy from the rich countries, and save some of the more intelligent ones from the massacred areas.

EDIT: I'm totally not sure about Russians. Partly I'm afraid they're going to do very very lame things, but partly I'm hoping greediness forces them to actually advance and develop.

I would grant the world better weather conditions.
firstly, noone has to starve or freeze to death anymore.
2ndly noone has to wear clothes anymore.
maybe when clothings are gone the world (-poplulation) will one day get to focus on other things than solely looks/appearances of things
