P.S.: Plenty of cooks and chefs are fat, so that's hardly the whole story. You can't have a sedentary life and expect not to have a body that shows it IMO, just like you can't pretend snacks have no calories. Stop snacking and start exercising and you can eat full satisfying meals every day of your life and look good doing it.

I've been running 10 miles a week!!!! which, granted isn't actually that much... but it is a start!!!
