I don't think the comparision between pogs and gaydom is accurate. First off, no one on this forum is gay except for koloture afaik. Lots of people owneed pogs. They may have introduced some of you to gambling like pokemon, or magic the gathering cards. Pogs were more like tomagotchi in that they were fun for a while but everyone knew it sucked.
On the other hand you either are gay or you are not. Lots of people have made posts exploring their sexuality recently or to flame gays. But being gay is not a fad, it has been around forever.
I havent really seen a bunch of serious posts here where people are like wow I want to be gay.
On bbv4l it is just another posting topic that has come up a lot recently, kind of like that one time when every post was about the cut/ uncut debate. I don't really feel like elaborating too much so I guess I'm done.
