I remember seeing this dance in an Anthropology course in college called "Ethnographic Film." It's a traditional dance, but I don't remember what it's called. I remember that black Nicaraguans (Afro-Nicaraguans) do it in an annual a parade-like celebration. The traditional costumes are skimpy, like a thong on the chick and banana-hammock on the dude, so it's even more graphic. Little kids do it, teens do it, old people do it, and no one really thinks anything of it cuz it's just a normal thing for their culture.

That said, it is pretty disturbing...

fwiw this is totally std in south america/caribbean.

It's fairly common in several caribbean/south american countries to have a child by the age of 17. the culture just repeats itself as idiot parents teach their kids that this behavior is great. Mothers teach their sons to disrespect women and treat them like whores, women are taught that they should be treated that way and it means that the man wants them, and the cycle repeats.

I'd say the caribbean is especially bad for this, but many countries in south america are just as bad. It's sad really as all it takes is a little education, but from my experience people are proud of their ignorance and don't really care to improve.
