ok so my tenants leaving december 1st and need a tenant quick as i have not been working and going in for surgery soon i dont have time to mess around. I have 2 possible renters

2nd renter... is mostlikely ok confirmed drug dealer who will pay 6 months of rent ahead of time and also looks like typical dd chrome rims on navigator hip op clothes my neighbors wont be impressed but **** my neighbors anyway.. also has a small mixed pitbull... grrr dont like dogs in my apartment they tear **** up....

obv drug dealer will have parties n **** u can crash , and can pay u in low price drugs. i guess it depends on what KIND of dd he is.. but imo id go #2

well part of the deal with the drug dealer cause he has no credit and no proof of income would be 6 months of rent paid up front so no exchanges for drugs... my mortgage is 1900 so i kind of need the rental income.. cause oil is expensive and that season is coming up plus i havent worked in a year
