Creatine works very well, is very safe and well-studied, but your body just excretes what it doesn't need, so the megadoses some people take are useless. Dunno how much is really bad for you, but you can take moderate amounts of it pretty much forever and be fine, as your body just excretes what you don't need. Any time you have to filter stuff out of your blood, your kidneys can be forced to do extra work, but it's not like tylenol and your liver or anything harsh like that.

lol i take N.O Xplode from time to time... but not the way they recommend you take it because I don't want this to happen to me

They recommend you take it every day, I pretty much said **** that and take it only on days I need a big energy boost.
