Only played 30 hands against villain. He is a 43/37/inf from this limited sample I"m a 28/25/2.7 to give you an idea of my image. He has been 3-betting my raises like crazy he has a 3-bet of 46%. Should I just shove preflop when he 3-bets me ? I tried earlier with KK and he instafolded.

maybe a leak but against this particulare guy I'd probably call and ride the variance train. sure he'll actually have a hand sometimes but he will also have total crud or even some lesser that wants u to fold.
pushing preflop would save u the trouble of knowing what to do he pushes.and youll probably get called by hands ur wooping anyway (he might have had a really bad hand when he folded to ur KK but often if he has something that he thinks has a chance he calls) and if not, well he just gave u 12% of his stack
I'd also rather push QQ than KK for obv reasons.
