CO is 38/33/57% AFq ~ 24 hands

Poker Stars $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

BB: $16.00
UTG: $37.60
MP: $32.40
CO: $27.90
BTN: $30.45
Hero (SB): $26.95

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is SB with A 9
2 folds, CO raises to $1, BTN calls $1, Hero calls $0.90, 1 fold

Flop: ($3.25) 6 7 T (3 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $2, BTN folds, Hero raises to 9$?

Rainbow flop, I have a GSSD, BDNFD + an OC. Is the board good enough for this? Or do I not have enough FE on this board to pull this off?

No. Your hand is crap, I'd just c/f or maybe c/c 1 street. There is entirely too many draws that continue on this flop. If you are going to CR with gutshot type hands, i.e. hands that have like 4-5 outs, I'd rather you do it on a very dry like K72r board, where it's unlikely your opponent hit. Here, he is going to call your CR quite often in position, with his own straight draws, tens, overcards even sometimes.

So if say the board was 358-r (one ) would this be ok?

No, not really. I think on that board I'd just prefer to c/f. I think on the hand posted, as I said, I'd just c/c because we do have like 4 outs + BDFD. But on 358, we really have nothing but two overs, so just c/f.

If you are looking for more spots to c/r flops with, I'd start off with sets and good draws. The better the more CR. Like OESD+FD, or OESD+BDFD, flush draws with an overcard or something. c/r 2 overs with A9 is pretty marginal.
