I guess there's two possible explanations for the oddness that's coming from BEG/FCBL

1. She's a wolf
2. There's something unrelated to wolves/villagers in their roles, and they somehow need to get one another lynched or something.

Considering their behaviour, two seems to be massively more likely, so we should just leave them be

tbh ive never seen it in a 2+2 game but when i started playing and i remember reading that sometimes there is a jester role that actually needs to get lynched.
