Basically CPHoya,

My original "too serious too early" vote was a total joke. It is my SOP to vote the person who immediately posts after me when I'm around early at the start of a game.

But then ironically you really have gotten too serious too early to be taking me seriously.

I legitimately now do think you are a wolf, whereas my original vote was meaningless.

Given that you both cannot articulate it and apparently refuse to articulate it (probably because, as mentioned, you cannot), I find that proposition dubious at best and, objectively speaking, pretty dumb.

Now, interaction maven, what would you like to interact about? I'm giving you the chance here, you're the one refusing it.

Nah see, where I come from guys like you are worthless teammates because most or all of your reads are made up nonsense, the equivalent of darts being thrown at a dart board in the dark, and you guys annoy me.

So basically, as usual, I'll remember this as you probably being a villager due to dumbness and worthlessness of your posts, and you'll probably sort of push some dumb and worthless string of posts later about these posts, and I won't get mislynched because I never do but you will want that so bad and it will, later on, require me to waste more posts appeasing a bad villager.

So yes, I'm "serious" "too early" but you're, you might notice, also "serious" about your ******ed read that was a "joke" made obviously "too early" to now try to force it into a real thing.

So what I'm saying is go away.

wasting another post just to say "wow"

And I'm hostile because you don't believe in either of those posts, you're just making them to burn posts talking, and that's bad.

So are you actually saying that interaction is worthless in WW games?

Since you're supposed to be some sort of intellectual I value your opinion here

Still waiting on you to articulate the part where my making fun of your "joke" post indicates that I "actually [am] a wolf." I know it's not possible to explain that because duh, but I'd love it if you'd try.

...

no, at no point have I even insinuated that interaction is worthless

what I stated is that your reads are worthless in my experience, mostly because you make your "reads" by making things up to talk about and then vanish, there having been literally no thought process put into them

note here that your first read in this game is you deciding to push a "joke" - your word - vote because I mocked your "joke" vote

you can see why your reads are kinda like so much piss in the grass, as far as I'm concerned

Here's some basic mechanic stuff. Should be obvious, but you never know.

The masons, Annie and Jack, should not leave any sort of a code. They both have roles the wolves want dead sooner rather than later. Annie dying early keeps the big bus bomb wolf alive and Jack dying early stops him from defusing bombs. Therefore, both should prioritize survival over being able to 100% clear themselves.

If the big bus bomb wolf dies while Annie is alive, Annie and Jack should have a discussion on whether it's smart for Annie to out herself and tell us which remaining players Jack has defused. Otherwise neither should give us any hints as to who Jack has defused while both are alive.

Harry, the godfather finder, should read people for peeks and prioritize targeting players who are drawing villager peeks without being very villagery. Targeting wolfy people who aren't immediate lynch targets isn't bad, either. He should claim if he finds his man.

The seer, McMahon, should play his role normally in the early game. If he finds several wolves and Jack is still alive to defuse bombs, he should err on the side of claiming so Jack can do his thing before we risk lynching a bomb. Harry can then also start confirming the villager peeks.

In general, outed wolves should be left alive for the first night and only then lynched.

Just happy to be a villager.

Will somebody better than I can how dangerous these bombs are? I don't know how high priority an issue their value is. Last time I played a vanilla+ I completely miffed the meta. Lots of weird power role in this game.

Sup, villa checking in for duty, be on later after work and maybe next break if we have much to talk about then, expect a little more mq's from me than normal with the low post restrictions.

Hoya coming out a the gates with fangs n foam is my only impression so far. Possible rabies or villagitis

Later

The problem with targeting someone who is consensus wolfy and hasn't been peeked by anyone is that the target will in all likelihood get lynched regardless of what result you get. If you target a player like that and happen to hit the godfather, all you've accomplished is to prime the house bomb. You'll die when a specific wolf dies and the village gains no useful information.

You need to gain something from the peek or it's not worth risking death. Finding a wolf who might conceivably live to the end is great. Being able to trust villager peeks is great. So target people who fit one or both of those categories.

Let's say someone answers your questions. What do you do with the information?

It isn't that I'm oblivious to the game's mechanics. But something this new has the potential to be catastrophic if it's missed. I would also like to get the +EV discussion out of the way on d1.
