I went with my first instinct for the Animal sheep, and almost copied it for the peehs one. I found another animal, but I think I should have reversed the answers

I was intending to go with a puppet for that question too. I guess I'll have to think again now. I should get my entry in about 30 minutes before noon I reckon.

Okay, let's talk about question 8 a little.

When I wrote the question, what I envisioned was that people would submit shows where the animal character was THE main character, not just a prominent character. If you were to ask a random person what this show was about, they would say "Oh, it was about a ______", where ______ is the type of animal in the show.

I thought I made this clear by including the verbage "starred", "central part", and using Lassie as a positive example and Frasier and Mad About You as negative examples. However, I'm still getting a lot of borderline answers of shows which had prominent animal characters but weren't the absolute star of the show.

I've have had a hard enough time just getting people to submit real animals and not guys in purple dinosaur suits so I don't feel like fighting this battle. As such, I'm going to be a little flexible on this. I'm still toeing the line on the living breathing animal thing though.

Also, Deadline in a little under two hours.

I pulled a pretty sick answer for #8 basically out of nowhere. I'm pretty proud of myself tbh.

I've PM'd everyone who submitted a borderline answer for #8 that I deemed unacceptable. If you haven't gotten a PM from me then your answer is good, unless it was just blantantly wrong (e.g. one person submitted a movie that was never a tv show - they're on their own.)

Ok I got my answers in. Number 8 was awful. It took me about 20 minutes to come up with any correct answer at all (not even certain what I did come up with is correct) and couldn't think of anything that might be vaguely sheepy. I'll probably kick myself when I see some of the answers though.

In just under the wire. I think I'm on the right level for #8 (had to decide between two good sheep answers), but we'll see.

This. Unfortunately, I could only come up with what I think are the two obvious sheep, so hopefully I went with the right one or I'm probably plummeting there. Had to flip for another sheep and wasn't too sure about another, but I think I went with a good enough answer.

Next time we should have fantasy sheep/peehs where you can draft a team and get points depending on how they do. I'm only partially joking.
