I mean, this one game aside because lolsearchfunction, but normally if it comes to that just search your name or role name or something to see if your PM is posted.

Blaming it on the mods is just horse**** laziness though, because amazingly enough roughly everyone else who died managed to not make stupid raging content-containing dead posts even though nobody PMed them, so suck it up and take a little responsibility for your own actions.

I mean, nobody PMed me to tell me I was dead and I got dayvigged. It's a ****ing Christmas miracle that I managed to take 60 whole seconds to skim the thread for dead posts and saw that I got dayvigged and move on.

Either that or I can just claim that nobody ever killed me so nobody won this game, much like Curtis Axel in the Royal Rumble.

Lol at that number and magnitude of bans from anniversary of all games.

Not lol at anyone in particular, just lol. Something somewhere went badly wrong for a semi-serious mm to result in possibly the biggest batch of bannings in pog history.

I blame MB. Gotta blame someone and blaming hoya is getting boring. He's got enough to worry about with the humane society up his ass for, well, you know. Up his ass.

I phone post mostly now so I can't search usually and at the time I didn't have time to search. I'm not blaming anyone but I'm saying simply that I didn't know I was dead. I get not pm'ing every dead player (granted that's what I thought co-mods help with) but once I dead post a shot (something I've NEVER DONE) if think pm'ing me to make sure is much easier solution. I pretty clearly didn't know and I'm getting a month for not knowing. I simply want my ban reduced at the least.

Quite often, there are 3 game mods because there might be a need to:
i) Process Night Actions (if the main mod is from Europe)
ii) Process Day Action (if he's American)
iii) To act as a safety in case some **** happens.

It is more common that not that there are large stretches of the game where only one mod is actively browsing the thread and looking for game actions.
So, while it would be ideal if game mods could always inform of a player's death, it is not always feasible.
It should always be on the player. If the app sucks (it does) one can open the site from a browser on the phone.
