Here's my idea for the game.
People are gonna have to type their life story/summary in their well anyway, so it's no extra work.
Every week start a poll containing the three people next in line to start, with them each posting their summarys that they can then open their well with by pasting it as the op.
Whoever has the most votes goes on to do the next weeks well, then you add the next in line and start a new poll.
You would have to strictly disallow questions in the poll thread, or it would become a mess.
Doesn't have to be 3 people, 5? whatever.
Also, if someone has been in the poll wait list for + x number of weeks they go next, although I'm sure poggers would have a sense of fairplay enough to not let that become an issue. Another way of dealing with this would be to add X% of total votes from previous weeks to the vote total that week, thereby giving an edge to people who have been waiting longer.
