5 was a good pick. I am thinking that if it was not enough of a cause for celebration that you would decline. So 4 looks good.

But, there is always anxiety too with new responsibilities, staff, expectations, etc... and probably increased workload.

6/7 seems as likely as 4, so not really sure.
