Yeah I thought it was common knowledge that plant cells have cell walls and animal cells don’t...cell walls would make cells too rigid for animals


I shoulda just gone fern but I figured someone would know that and would figure I didn’t go animal or plant because I was going for an extreme answer


11 woulda been Treebeard, the Ent from LOTR
10 woulda been Whomping Willow from Harry Potter

Then a little lower is Venus Fly Trap (carnivorous) then kudzu then creeping ivy and so on


12 woulda been coral then sponges then leafy sea dragons then snakes and snails/slugs then up to eagles at the top since in the air while plants are on the ground

we'll give Nich the "best clue to confuse the **** out of your teammates" award for this one since AK and I were right on with it being around the middle and logically more likely to be on animal side.

nice fun science fact though that I learned exactly once about 20 years ago...perhaps I would have remembered if I knew this would be that moment later in life when I would need it. AK I'd be surprised if he remembered where he was let alone remembering some scientific knowledge to spit - imagine he was off destroying some cell walls with John, Paul, George, and Ringo or something
