the qualifier(s) here I think puts this right in the middle of the left side..

local - not massive global gym - 4-7 range

low-cost gym so affordable - 5-9

I think I'm comfortable here with a 6 or 7

I also think there's enough evidence of both sides this could be a 10-12 but I think we're all leaning left here now

I'm happy with majority, but put ht on 8.

Gyms have a community feel and this is a cheap one
People protest the closing of gyms, even private ones. Families use them as there only exercise

I cant think of an easy 6-10 clue, and if we use the fact owning makes it personal there arent many more altruistic minimalistically profitable things to open. 10 doesn't work as too many modifiers, so happy with 9, but for some inane reason prefer 8

i mean i have no clue where to place this on the spectrum and they had a tough decision, but it's snap >7 for sure

he doesn't add "low cost" modifier for a 1-6 nor does he do gym, which is more "benefits others" than many businesses for 1-6

easiest over we've ever had

Haha sorry. I was in full "send-rands-to-everyone" mode bc I was online all day due to the Arrested Development Mash. To my defence, I realized my mistake in less than a minute.
