a wolf can have villagery tone. Full stop. There is and won't be a single tone an alignment carries, but you can say wolves who don't know how to handle their tone carry a specific tone with them not often than not, especially when compared to villagers. This is true, even when there's an exception, and the tone still applies to the exception, because the trend and meaning still is true. It just means you need to understand it's not the single way to determine what's wolfy, etc
