Anyone who shows up and fluffs while making no effort at progressing the game is >rand to be a wolf (the exact amount dependent upon the details of the circumstances). Voting for anyone who is >rand to be wolf on page 1 is all fine and great.

Your opposition to the Pimp and iversonian votes is somewhat perplexing given that you offered no alternatives on who to vote for except for those which were dependent upon the Pimp/iversonian votes being bad. Given that the premise is illogical, the conclusion is as well.

Even more perplexing is that you yourself make all sorts of nitpicky, pedantic observations at the start of the game and yet you criticize others for making thin votes at the very start of the game.

Yep, under specific circumstances where I had incorrectly lock cleared him for other reasons, so he was very relaxed and could fake-villa it up. Still think he's a villa so far though.

Also, there's no need to to find someone wolfy when a large majority of the players have not posted once.

You're missing the point pretty badly. I don't dislike thin votes as rule. If I say I don't like your reasoning for a vote, it's your reasoning I don't like, not the fact that you cast a vote in the first place.

TTT of all people should know that 80 posts a day is not very many considering he posted something like 700 times in Disney. Iversonian should know likewise.

Lol at sighting me posting 3 times as a reason to think I am a wolf after I posted 369 times (third most) in the mishmash that just concluded in under 3 days despite being afk until like 5 pm on d1 (meaning I posted >365 times in 48 hours when the thread was locked for ~20 of those).

When a mod institutes necessarily pro-wolf rules, I will do my best to come up with a legal countermeasure. In this game the best method would be for all of us to not post until say 7-9 am on the second day of each gameday and then play it out like normal. Obviously, no one else wants to do it, but I won't let the suboptimal strategy of others weigh on me. Real time interactions are what make the game and put pressure on wolves. Allowing wolves to space 80 posts across 48 hours lets them coast without ever having to make a high pressure post save near a close lynch.

It is far more likely wolves would want to lynch me for this logical reasoning and GTO play than villas, especially when I laid it out in the signup thread expressing my displeasure with the rule.

Whilst I disagree with the general notion that CDL is talking about (wrt to posting primarily tomorrow) - I am back to thinking he's a villager.

Its a slow game. I know I primarily enjoy these because I am under no pressure to post at any given time and for hours at length. I also know for a fact that I wont be able to post as much tomorrow afternoon in the hours leading up until the lynch...if you would like to me to conserve my posts until tomorrow...well, you would have no idea whether or not I am a villager or a wolf because I'll hardly be posting tomorrow after noon from 5pm-8pm EST when we're supposed to be outting wolves in "high pressure situations").

I would surmise there are a number of other people who wont be around tomorrow/tomorrow afternoon for a viarety of reasons (i.e. work, sleeping, masturbating, scared to post as wolves for fear of being outted, yada yada).

Post in real-time when you're available, dont be superfluous/extraneous, and save yourself a few posts by not addressing stupid **** in the few hours before the 1 hour rule (so you dont accidently run out).

well, if you can't be here tomorrow that is reasonable and of course you should post today in that scenario. I would hate it if the whole thread becomes people who have excuses for slanking though. I don't like slow games or post restriction games because the pace is hard to tolerate, but I wanted to play WW and missed the gimmick game bc I don't usually scan too far down the page for signup threads.
