I dunno Pwt Detective feels like a solid Vet connection. He lived with like 10383929 animals and took care of them.

i think there is a city in ca called ventura, but im not even sure. i think it's an inland city, so no cliffs.

there is ventura blvd, which is pretty famous in LA, but we already got hollywood

we can guess figure still, right?

I’m fine with Figure. I’m having a tough time with three of four clues connecting with Hollywood. I don’t get why it’s been pushed so hard and it’s clouded (for me) the other words.

I can’t think of anything that fits Ventura better than Vet, so I guess that works for me if it works for you guys. No idea what quacker was meant to hit if not Duck and Vet, but I guess we have to take a chance sometime.

Maybe Ventura is a 3 clue for Hollywood (the movie), Vet (the animal connection), and Figure (Jesse “The Body” Ventura).

Aye, gg. Going numberless made this game really awkward.

Reds were still pretty far off, so quacker was just for duck. I thought about mallard, but when I know you're gonna assume you are going for the win that turn, I figured you'd guess vet as well. I couldn't use the other definition of duck either because cover was on the board.

A quack is a doctor, but a quacker is not, so I thought that would be a strong enough signal that vet wasn't ours, and it was just a 1 clue. Not great, but it was the best I could come up with.
