first clue obviously went great - was pretty lucky to have 6 words that were linked pretty easily and nothing really bad stopping it

I thought that'd be all she wrote but Nich gave a great clue and suddenly the game is close with both of us needing 3

I couldn't figure out how to link fire/crash/luck as they seemed to have nothing to do with each other. Blue needed wake/tube/chair which wasn't particularly easy either so I thought about giving a 1 clue and leaving last 2 for the final turn. I was debating which 2 I would leave, crash + fire seemed best and I'd probably clue something like explosion for the final turn but even that seemed meh...was feeling a little disappointed and thinking to myself "man, we got 6 the first turn and this is still gonna be tough....this is quite unfortunate"

and then I thought...hmmm....unfortunate

ooo yea survivor woulda been a good idea, curious what you would have tried for your last 3 - I almost 1'd just because I couldn't think of anything for you but wanted to avoid that risk knowing you come up with some clever stuff and already surprised me by getting 5 turn 1

if chair was 6th on list it woulda been guessed so then just connect tube/wake with something like casket

if chair was 7th on list, same bc n-1 clue

but chair was 8th on list, so likely same but unlimited clue, which tells you either both words on list are correct and then casket is only for one word OR that first word is wrong and second word is right...since I'd just use funeral for wake or alarm or sleep or something more direct, I'd hope they'd see that chair is right, force is wrong and then casket is for 2....pit is good for casket, but wake+pit is just grave so hoping they'd get the tube-shape of casket to get tube+wake (or maybe i'd come up with another clue for those 2)

but yeah, unlimited lets me get chair back so I just need to link tube+wake

cell/bed/time seem like easily the best three even tho a couple others can fit

I like Cell, Time, Bond probably in that order.

Bed and War could be options, but I like prisoner much better for war.

Pretty clear we’re never not bolding Cell and Time

Maybe Bond is better with a jail clue, so I’m happy to switch out #3 to Bed.

yeah bond would be my 4th. agree jail hits it harder than prison

the top 4 all fit really well... one is prob neutral, but i think bed/time are safest

I’d say prison and jail are interchangeable clues for both cell and time. So probably matters here is getting away from bond, which I think prison does. And agreed on Bed.
