I'm not always this bad.

I'm actually about breakeven right now if you want to see my graphs. I play a lot of hands well, I just show the ones that I know I made the most mistakes on in hopes that I can understand where I went wrong.

I'm down 1 bi overall ($25) but I have gotten $38 in rakeback, so with rb I'm up a little.

And thats a sample of about 5k hands (which I know is small)

but its not like I am spewing off my whole roll

I usually get ahead in a session and then spew back my winnings somehow

systo,

your winrate is directly related to how well you play the large pots. And quite frankly, the large pots that you've posted have been played terribly from street-to-street.

I think that you have a really good shot of becoming pretty good (and I'm not being sarcastic). You're thinking about the game, but you're currently coming to the wrong conclusions. Keep working at it and keep posting hands. You have to think things through thoroughly. Ask yourself "Why?" constantly. Why am I playing this hand this way? Why is my opponent playing this way? When you have the answers to why, you'll start making the correct decisions in the big pots.

Sorry for such a long post, but I've been thinking about your situation for a while now. btw, if any players better than me (read: almost everyone in this thread) disagree with anything I've posted, please tear this post to shreds. Thanks!

Yeah but you got it in good, right?

Edit: either he's on the flush draw in which case you want all the money in the middle, or he's got JT and you've been dead the whole time.

You don't have anything beat when he 4bets you so just call or fold.

Plus you bet way too small. He can call profitably with almost any draw.

Edit: NVM I thought the board was paired. Still bet too small.

I say keep plugging. (assuming you're having fun)

Only suggestion I would add is that if a player read is an important part of a hand evaluation, mention it with the HH and not after people give you their opinions.
