Mostly a bluff depends on circumstances. Like if a third heart/straight card comes out on the river, why is he betting so fast? He'd at least need to think about what's correct.

If you bet and he raises fairly quickly I would say it tends to be strong. They probably had time to think while you acted.

and betting quickly after you check is fairly meaningless because they had time to think while you acted

there's a player who i'd say it's >50% has me buddylisted. It's not particularly troublesome since he's not hugely problematic, beyond taking up a seat that a real fish could sit in. But I was looking him up, and he's 2 buyins up on me, including QQ>KK aipf and KK>AK aipf, so whatever. But ptr shows him down ~3k at 50NL over a boatload of hands, plus a comment by him saying 'the real graph is opposite' or something. ptr can't be _that_ far off, can it?

It's weird, since i don't think he's great, but he's not terrible, and i'd be surprised that he's a consistent loser.

edit: make that 8k in ~1mil hands, 2 yrs.

he probablly won in the beginning (pretty easy, as 2010>>>2009>>>>2008), none of my 50nl hands from 2008/early 2009 are recorded.

if a guy is so bad he buddylists a 2p2 at micros (where buddy list should be reserved for whales)then so be it, be happy hes at your table

Just had to put up with the WORST dealer in history for 3 ****ing hours at the circuit event. I have never seen anyone do anything so poorly in my life. She was unbearably slow (read: 15-18 hands per hour), couldn't count, peeled the turn and river on the wrong side of the board, and could barely read the board even with help from players at the table. And she didn't shuffle properly. Jejeicjcjjwkkckcdkolifetilt

We have a dealer like that at our local cardroom. It's a fairly small place with usually only 1 table going so she works painfully often. If there's ever a side pot or god forbid 2 or 3 side pots, she can't do it. Players at the table almost always have to count it out for her. Misdeals happen at least a couple of times an hour. I've seen her more than once deal to UTG first rather than SB. I honestly can't figure out how she still has a job.

I've seen a dealer put the turn and the river on opposite sides of the flop.

However it was a self-dealt homegame at cheeseburger stakes.

That dealer had a 3 hour down?

Unfortunately yes. Every dealer available stayed at the same table until about 10 tables broke, which took forever. There were so many entrants (1200+) that they stopped all cash games jus to make room for everyone. It was crazy

graph I just got from a 6 hr session 4tabling a reg at 100nl. It's actually his graph so imagine the opposite, idk how to get a graph for just one guy to get it from my perspective.

he basically stopped bluffing like half-way thru and I was too slow to adjust :/

Well every tell like this can be countered. It's only a matter of understanding what level of thinking villain is on. I fastcall pairs a lot to rep a draw vs barrellmonkeys. Playing WW is good for pokers imo (just gotta avoid outleveling yourself!)
