I did think that there might have been something like that going on

but it was full tilt and not stars so they'd probably end up investigating me instead and I'd end up getting banned

I gave up Full Tilt since it seemed loaded with people I wasn't going to beat enough to make it worthwhile. Been toying with Stars off and on since I got a dedicated business laptop that could play it.

Tried something different this week though, and played some stud games for the first time. Stud/8 I'm totally lost on, but either I'm on a real old-fashioned heater or the Razz games are easy. I've tried 0.50/1 and 1/2.

So I went to Foxwoods yesterday with a couple friends. My favorite moment of the trip. I am so card dead so I decide to limp after a couple limpers with 32s. Someone raises and I end up mucking. I look at my friend sitting two seats from me and I say "I had 3 high." The kid to my left says with a completely straight face, "what was your other card? Queen?"

And trust me, I gauged his reaction. He was dead serious. I played for about 3 hours, won two hands, and finished $2 up. Woot.
