Had a hard time sleeping last night, so I played a quick session. I registered for a $5 Jackpot and was never sat at the table. The "Take my Seat" button was greyed out, too. I emailed support. They responded overnight. Not terrible turnaround. Let's see how long it takes to get a refund.

I was able to register for the $5 Jackpot. I was just unable to take my seat at the table. I saw the Registration under the "Waiting to Start" go away, but the table never popped up. Furthermore, the "Take My Seat" button was greyed out. I clicked "Game Info" and "My Tournaments" and nothing was there. But the $5 had been deducted from my account. I restarted the client a couple of times hoping it would pop up on restart, but it didn't do that.

I believe I deserve a refund. Thank you.

whatever you do, never click yes to the "would you like to update to the new version" button, it makes it seem like it'll happen in the background but nope it just shuts everything down immediately and downloads the new file lol

where are you seeing your rakeback, is it in combat points or something else? they have a ton of options available and the only one i seem to be accruing is combat points but unsure if that's the rakeback or not

also, tied up most of my no deposit challenge roll on 2020 election betting and then went on a nasty downswing so tied to nothing but tickets now, those haven't been running too often lately so may bite the bullet and load $100 or so if someone wants to do a transfer - still unsure if i want to break the no deposit but last few times i logged in i couldn't find anything playable with my tickets that wouldn't last many hours

For rake back, click on my account. Then look for a gold rewards tab in the top right hand corner.

Rickback should be the middle option on the top row.

If you're getting combat points, then you aren't on the rakeback program.

I 3-Bet AA35 (at least one suited Ace), flop comes 35T, and I have to fold facing significant heat.

I raise IP with AA24, flop comes JJT. BB leads pot, I fold.

I 3-Bet A234 in position, flop comes 8TJ.

I raise and call a 3-Bet with KQJT (double-suited). AT6r, he checks, I bet 3/4 pot. Turn A, he leads pot.

I know you gotta play what's available to you, but limit is the way to go there. You don't get "Significant heat" when playing limit. It's just a game of "lock up half the pot and then give your opponents really bad odds"
