I kind of agree with Gad that this game feels heavily favoured to Wolves winning.

The only villagery thing I've seen from him.

1) people not getting food

2) if we win the space race, we can't shoot our vig for sure as opposed to just a chance fo it failing due to roleblock

Oh I see, that makes sense. We could do the full lockdown and just put the other pandemic funding toward training people.

Sorry if I missed it, but what's your long term plan regarding when the vaccine is funded?

I trust most of the potential policy makers for tonight; don’t have any outlier as wolf reads either (i.e. I am useless on that front)

lol its not terrible

personally i think go big or go home on vaccine .. we will only have less money each day and new things to worry about so i kind of see putting small bits of money there are throwing it away

We cant use angels as we have no doctors.

No one is advocating budgeting for military/vig spending.

Nuclear policy enables us to use actions that noone is advocating for. If you want to start fudning these things then sure lets enact nuclear policy but we dont!

Also....more money means we can afford these things. A vigg costs $105, or a third of our budget. Given we are fighting a pandemic, have a shrinking budget and could face a whole host of issues more money is a good thing!

That's my main problem with your budget...I don't think we have enough $ to thread the needle. We need to either go hard on partial containment or don't partially contain & vaccinate in 2 days imo.

Ladd mentioned that Wiggles playing like this is squarely in both his ranges which is true.

Having said that he has been supremely underwhelming despite claiming he was very excited to play, so i'm definitely worried about him.

Yeah but space race is kinda pressing so we need to fund it heavily which cuts some of the vaccine.

You see

I provided ample opportunity for Shortline to come at me but he just slanks back out of the thread.

Wouldn't a wolf try to make something happen there? That's why I'm reading him as another terrible villager.

okay well i just posted a policy with nuclear and three doctors so i'd argue someone is pushing for these things! and yeah vigs are expensive but angels seem like something worth having

also can anyone confirm whether angels can block pog-19 transmission?

Policy: Nationalization

final answer (probably). just gonna yolo it all on the space race

tomorrow with nationalization we should have no problems paying 235 for the remaining part of the vaccine and we can do 235 for vaccine+ nuclear race+50 for food and have enough to be able to either use a 30$ action or train a doctor/farmer if needed

not sure it's the best solution, but i don't really care
