Oh, I forgot Pingu! Watched that too.

I also watched Art Attack when I finally got my own tv (I was ~14) but it became too "and then you cut this off and cover it in glue and splash paint on it and voilá *grabs finished project from under the desk* you got your artsy thingy!" for me.

I also had a time where I watched every anime available on German tv. Detective Conan, Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne, InuYasha, Naruto, Digimon, Pokemon etc.

Still love Digimon, the rest is meh. Well maybe apart from Naruto. But I would never watch any of these dubbed in German again. The dub is horrible.

I could write "FROM TREEP FOR GRANNY" on the pictures I made when I was 5. Does that count?

haha, you bet that counts. I had no one to share my Proust with, sadly.

sweet partial vindication for my Terra Cotta Warriors guess imo.

My grandfather used to talk about living in Chicago in the 20s. He played the violin and he said cops would stop him all the time and make him prove there was a violin in the case. He told me he heard the shots from the St. Valentines day massacre. Not sure if that was true but it is a good story.

Oh yeah, mafia stories are cool too. Every time my granddad would tell stories about them, I couldn't help picturing his life as being like a Martin Scorsese movie.

I think many my grandma stories are about wolves. For example how she was little and had to go shool in dark when wolves where howling on both side of the path.

yeah, never actually did anything from Art attack, but it was fun to watch.

Digimon I watched as well. Sailor Moon too. I rewatched the first few seasons of those last year, was surprisingly enjoyable

I was in a guild with a husband and wife and they had kids we would hear screaming/ crying in the background sometimes.

One time we heard what sounded like a kid falling down the stairs and then screaming for his mom, which subsequently led to this lady going afk and the group wiping.

About 5 mins later we heard a "STOP CRYING!! **slap**"

A bunch of us just quit the guild on the spot.

Ugh. I was around a parents house dropping something off for their daughter and I saw in the background a kid walk into the doorframe and start crying and saw the dad hit them for not stopping crying.

Was really awkward. Didn't know what to do.

They can't identify you if you wear a dragon costume.

Yeah, who wants to live in a world where violence isn't a core part of education. **** that ****, people might go around being all wimpy and ****, nice to one another and not fighting. Tbh, things really went down hill with the downfall of the Greeks. How do you expect to learn anything if you're not being sodomised?
05-22-2012 , 10:11 AM
I would consider calling youth welfare fwiw.

kids go around doing whatever the **** they want because they think they are special and have no discipline or respect for authority figures, then the parents blame teachers or society or some made up disorder so they dont have to face what failures them and their kids are.

now get off my lawn

Kids who are beaten by their parents are more likely to be violent.
