Yeah, I made it through the Road. Just finished All the Pretty Horses and have started The Crossing, but I'm not going to finish it. Think I'll switch over to Joe Abercrombie or Updike.

The Road was awfully dreary.

Yikes, that doesn't sound like any fun. I hope it all works out. We put in our offer one day before a scheduled open house. We're hoping there's no interest tomorrow so they get motivated to move forward with our offer.

If the tv show Property Virgins has taught me anything, it's to not get emotionally attached to a house before closing. We're trying our best.

i like updike's poem about the ex basketball player who pumps gas. and i like his short story about the a and p. other than that i hate updike. his last book was horrificly awful
