I assume everyone knows about rent controls in new york to some degree. anyway some company bought a building and about half the units were still under rent control and they were paying ~$500 per month and the other half paid $3000 a month. the building built a new gym and only allowed the people paying 3k to use it, no option for the rent controlled people, who then complained a lot because people love complaining

does that fit into our perception of okness?
