I want to come see Redwood/Sequoias, filthy. Where's the best place to go? Is it a bad idea to go to Yosemite this time of year? Should I go to Humboldt Redwoods State Park? Any ideas?

i think i would rather go to yosemite now than in the summer. in the summer the crowds are insane. it's like disneyland, just wall to wall people. yosemite is so amazing that the crowds didn't even bother me much. but when i went off season it was way better.

you need to check the weather though because it could be quite rough. and the bears did not hibernate this winter!!! wtf?!?!?

i've never been to humboldt redwoods state park. i'm sure it's great though. but nothing is gonna beat yosemite. its just magical. when john muir first saw it he just started crying. it's like another planet. i think even annie would be impressed.

sorry though, i don't know much about specific redwood spots. i've seen some redwoods that are like 1000 years old or something crazy like that, and just gigantic. those are cool! and it's crazy to think they were there for before white people.

if you've never been to yosemite, you should def do that. that's an easy decision.... weather permitting. it could be quite cold
