speaking of dentistry...

my dentist always told me to floss by digging into the gums rather than just picking out the food stuck between my teeth. the other day, i went and did that to ALL my teeth and omg, the difference. if only i'd learned this decades ago.

my parents did a terrible job raising me.

Store salad dressings are generally filthy. The only dressings I ever use are lemon juice/olive oil or lime juice/garlic/fish sauce. But yeah I often just have nothing. When I eat out I always ask for salads with none.

Same. If I'm not in public I just shove fistfuls of lettuce into my mouth. Forks take too long.
