i think pet ownership is mostly immoral. i think in the future it will be looked back on in a similar light as slavery.

some pet owners give their pets wonderful lives to be sure, but not all.

the dynamic of the relationship is rarely/never equal

All that morality must be a terrible burden. Good thing I'm completely amoral.

Dogs don't thrive in relationships with equal power dynamics, filthy. They're pack animals and require a social hierarchy for happiness. Human ownership is just the equivalent of pack leadership. When its done correctly, dogs are very happy in dominant/submissive relationships.

you think you're amoral? filthy has a slave

slave owners said the same thing about black people

no they didn't

amp, thanks for the help. on the deadlift, that was my problem. when i started moving my hips back first to drop the bar, the problem went away.

the elbow stuff is likelier poor form and not too much weight imo. happens mostly on the overhead press where i'll hear my elbow pop after a few reps. i think my grip is too wide and I'm flaring my elbows. similar to bench press, where i also have elbow soreness. so i'm going to bring the elbows in and see if that works better.

Slavery is good for slaves

This argument teaches that slaves lack the ability to run their own lives and are therefore better-off and happier in a system where their lives are run by others.

The important part of what crossnerd said is this:

''They're pack animals and require a social hierarchy for happiness.''
08-12-2016 , 05:19 PM
yep. you're right. TOTALLY different argument.
08-12-2016 , 05:24 PM
well i regard slaves as being human beings
08-12-2016 , 05:26 PM
yeah filthy equating black people with dogs is not a good look
08-12-2016 , 05:30 PM
ah, i see what the problem is. you assume i think humans are more precious than animals. i don't think any such thing.

i thought as a pet owner, you might think humans and animals were equal. silly of me.

i think you have an inability to see any type of relationship as anything but exploitative and this probably stems from the vast amount of time you spend thinking about the terrible things you want to do to teenage models
08-12-2016 , 05:40 PM
in reality i'd kill most humans to save my dog, but i'd feel guilty about it

i only mean one human, once we get to thousands it'd become a tougher choice

the argument for species superiority is similar to the argument for racial superiority.
