A well maintained pool takes 5-15 minutes to completely kill all the bacteria in solid fecal matter, pee in pools is basically a non issue.

My local community college will couple times a summer close the pool for several days because of fecal matter detection. They then crank the chlorine and do bacteria testing while it's closed. Definitely more than 5-15 minutes.

Might be different state to state but I run a pool where I work and as long as we’re between 2 and 10 ppm Of chlorine solid decal matter is 15 minutes to reopen and 1 full cycle of the pool for non solid so for us that’s about 3.5 hours.

If they’re not visually seeing anything but claiming they detect it it’s something else, Pools don’t have **** detectors.

Police reform needs to happen desperately. Nothing else seems to have worked so yup, I live right by the “destroyed” Minneapolis. If it has to happen again and is even worse but people continue to push for police reform I’m in. If 10 cops need to die to save hundreds of innocent lives I’m in.
