I'm still up. Reading news sites. Reading Twitter. Seething.

I have a deep, nasty hatred in my heart for the 11 Republican men on that panel, for Bret Kavanaugh, for the 54% of the people polled who said they would vote for him despite the allegations being true.

Not a difference of values, or a political differing, a deep, seething, red blind hatred for them.

I've thought all day about posting my experiences on here, and can't do it. Ford is braver than I could ever be...

Totally understandable. Who would want to post that with Mets and LB and others around to ask their ****ty ****ing questions.

You may just be facing down anonymous ****ers on the internet, but you do come in here guns blazing and don't take their **** and that's commendable

In my freshman year of college, I was single and had been hooking up with a guy I'd met through my roommate. I found out through a girl in one of my classes that he had a gf at another school- I told the girl and stopped seeing the guy.

Later that year, I started seeing a different guy, and it happened that he lived on the same floor as the previus guy. One night when I was leaving the new guy's room (we'd just been smoking and listening to music), I walked out into the hallway into a small group of guys who also lived on this hall. There were maybe 5 or 6 of them?

I walked down the hallway and left through the far door. As I was walking out the door and it was swinging shut, one of the guys yelled "SLUT".

Me being me, I swiped my key and walked back in, right up to the group of guys and demanded to know who said it. "WHO SAID THAT?"

None of them would admit it and they all just laughed in my face until I walked away. I can still hear their laughter as I walked back down the hallway and out the far door.

I don't remember who was in the group of guys, although at the time I knew them. I don't remember the date, I don't remember exactly how many people were there, I don't remember their names or their faces exactly. I couldn't tell you any incriminating details. But I remember the laughter.

I've never forgotten it.

Oh, the best part was that I told the guy whose room I left, expecting him to defend me. He never did.

I'm not even putting on my mod hat for this one, but this is quite inflammatory and unjustified. Like, I'm pretty sure they're not going to accuse her of lying for ~no reason.

I've never told anyone that story before, and it was hard to tell to just a handful of strangers online.
09-28-2018 , 02:44 AM
There are more but I don't feel comfortable telling them.

Even one instance of that type of story would ldo "justify" some nutjob shooting up santa monica, but thats just the type of thing women deal with regularly.

When Ford talked about the laughing, I just knew exactly what she meant.

It isn't something you forget.

I've also had an ex apologize to me while going through a drug rehab program. It was one of the steps.

That was great.

I wish I had thrown punches during that encounter. I was too embarrassed, but if I could do it all over again, I'd throw punches.
09-28-2018 , 02:55 AM
I really regret that.
09-28-2018 , 02:56 AM
