Is this a bad thing?

Posting this for a second time from a few months ago because it's hilarious and I need something go get me through the day

Ok so I will unfortunately be unable to go into details about the post I made yesterday - sorry guys I guess you will have to ban me

To try and make up for that here's the gist of a mildly amusing conversation I had with a female friend of mine who knows both me and the girl I'm currently sorta dating

Me: Yeah I'm actually kinda interested in this girl and she seems to be interested in me as well

Female friend: I can see how the two of you might fall for each other. She's got that attractive, smart, fun thing going on which you are attracted to, and you've got this quirkiness which she's attracted to. I'm not sure it's going to work out though - you're not really her normal type.

Me: I'm not really anybody's "type", I'm like an unusual cheese, definitely a bit of an acquired taste.

Her: Yeah, and a whole lot of people spit you out after the first bite!

She obviously wants me

oh hey i forgot about this thread. This would be a good place for this story, which will be short.

Wednesday night i get a stomach bug (yay kid in pre-school). Seems it dehydrated me worse than I thought. So as I'm going to bed I get up to use the bathroom. Next thing I know I'm staring at the bathroom floor and seeing some of my blood spattered on it.

Appears I fainted from the dehydration and blood pressure drop of standing up.

We go to the ER and I got my head stapled and some fluids in me. I only got two staples, but that's really just holding the corner of my cut together - the cut kind of looks like an L or a J. Pictures likely to follow next week, whenever my wife gets them up.

I'm good now, although my shoulder is sore from the tetnus shot. Ow.

Ok, this was very odd. I am watching the Skins and Patriots and my wife pokes her head in from the backyard to tell me that someone has pulled in the driveway. I figure it is some Girl Scouts or something so I go out the side door.

There is a guy who is about 55 with an obvious rug on his head and a huge Star of David style religious medal and a kid who is about ten. He smiles and says to me "Hi there little fellow, if your mum or dad in?" Now I have been married seven years and I am a young looking 34, but still. I say, "No, my parents aren't in right now." He says, "OK then I guess I will stop by later".

WTF? I will dig up pics of myself for some honest assessment.

Why did no one mention how great Heroes is? I have to work in like 4 hours, am flying out to Vegas in 13 hours, and cant stop watching.
