To contribute my own sad news, I talked in Spanish for 20 minutes with some girl while having no idea that Spanish is actually her third language and not her first. It took another 10 minutes to discover she has a boyfriend and a bit more beyond that to discover that English also isn't her first language, it's her second.

I felt like an idiot.

The fact that she may have actually been smarter than me certainly didn't help with that either.

Freaking Polish-Australian-Argentines.

Good news: Got a job offer today
Less good news: I'm not convinced this is a job I want to take, and I have a second interview scheduled for Tuesday, and likely another one for Tuesday or Wednesday (Monday is a holiday).

I don't want to say no. OTOH, I don't want to accept it yet.

So, do I just ignore his email? Tell him I need time to think about it? Be honest and say that I'm talking to somebody else on Tuesday, and what to see what they have to say before I respond?

sigh, signing a contract seems pretty final. I'd probably go with some combo of the truth and "I need time to think about it" depending on how much better the other job potential is.
